Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges, but please note that refunds are not available.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.

  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

 

How to Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for arranging the shipment.

  • Please send the item back to the original address printed on your package.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be processed.

 

When We Cover the Costs

If:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • Your product arrived defective,

We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
